Welcome to the Greater Chicago IAHSP Regional® Chapter!
The Greater Chicago IAHSP Regional Chapter (GCIRC). This Chapter was founded to provide a core professional business association for Home Stagers® throughout the Greater Chicago region. Our goal is to foster growth, unity, and networking among peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts we hope to elevate the professionalism of Home Staging throughout Greater Chicago and surrounding areas and work to continually expand our quality of services. To join the GCIRC, members must remain in current standing as both an ASP® or ASP Master® Stagers or ASP REALTOR and IAHSP Member as long as they are members of the local IAHSP Chapter. All members are subject to our Ethics guidelines for participation and business conduct. We also welcome Affiliate Business Members - companies, vendors or service providers who support our Staging efforts in Greater Chicago and the surrounding areas. Affiliate Business Membership will include annual fees of $150.00, which allows these business owners to market directly to our Stager members as well as host our meetings as scheduled. April Chapter Meeting Friendship Village Schaumburg The presentation for our April Chapter meeting was "Color Trends". Joan Scheib of John Scheib Interiors, explained color theory and the importance of color selection in staging and photography.

We spent 90 minutes posing questions to our panelists regarding all facets of staging vacant properties; previews, bids, preparation and client sources.
