Welcome to the Greater Chicago Chapter of IAHSP! The Greater Chicago IAHSP Regional Chapter (GCIRC) was founded to provide support, training and unity among our peers in the Staging community. Through our efforts, we increase awareness of the Home Staging Profession and work to continually improve the quality of our services in the greater Chicago area. We meet the third Wednesday of every month for business networking where we discuss ways in which we can expand Home Staging in the Chicago area in the most professional manner. We work in partnership with each other, local businesses and real estate agents to achieve our goal of providing outstanding Home Staging services in Chicago and the surrounding communities. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS: To join the Greater Chicago IAHSP Regional Chapter, members must be Accredited Staging Professionals (ASP) or Accredited Staging Professional Masters (ASPM) in good standing who work in the Chicago area. Chapter members must also be members in good standing of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals (IAHSP). IAHSP annual dues are currently $150. Chapter members must also pay annual local chapter dues, which are used to cover chapter business expenses and market our chapter throughout the greater Chicago area. Chapter dues are currently only $25. ASPs and ASPMs in good standing may attend two chapter meetings as “guests” before joining IAHSP and becoming members of our chapter.
